Albertina - Albertina information and pictures
Albertina is one of Vienna’s most famous museums. It contains more than 1 million prints and 60,000 drawings and houses one of the most important graphics collections in the world.
Albertina was established in 1776 by Duke Herzog Albert of Saxe-Teschen. In the Albertina you will find such famous drawings as Dürer’s "The Field Hare" and "Hands folded for Prayer," studies of children by Rubens and works by Cézanne, Klimt, Kokoschka, Schiele, Picasso and Rauschenberg.
