Lisbon is the capital city of Portugal.

Lisbon's The Great Earthquake of 1755 destroyed most of the city. It lasted six days and destroyed buildings, killed people and caused huge tidal waves.

Torre de Belem (Belem Tower) finished around 1520 is one of Lisbon's favorite attractions. It gives the visitors an amazing view of the city.
