Downtown L.A. is a diverse neighborhood. The colorful neighborhoods of El Pueblo, Chinatown and Little Tokyo are here along with the business district with its skyscrapers.

The office towers are situated on the Bunker Hill, where the modern architecture is the king. The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) founded in 1979 is a place for the art lovers with exhibitions of art created after the 1940’s.

The Wells and Fargo distinctive towers and the First Interstate World Center are among the most recognized buildings in Downtown LA.

First Interstate World Center was designed in 1992 by IM Pei (the same architect who created the transparent pyramid at the Louvre courtyard in Paris). The office tower is 73 story building and is the tallest in Los Angeles. The movie "Die Hard" with Bruce Wills was filmed here.

Where is the Business district: Between West 3rd and West 7th Street and Figueroa Street and Broadway.

How to get to The Business District: There is a public transport in this part of Los Angeles. The subway has a couple of stops here as well as some bus lines.
