Canary Wharf is a modern business district with high-rise buildings. In 1991 the first building opened its doors for tenants.

The Canada Tower London’s tallest building (250 m) was designed by Cesar Pelli. This used to be West India Dock but was later closed like all the docks in London and turned into a business complex with modern shopping centres and restaurants.

The Canary Wharf area is attracting residents as well as businesses and is a proof of ever-changing London.
